The objective of the Success Criteria Evaluation is to clearly demonstrate how TheConnected.Horse™ Trailer Management Platform meets your defined business requirements throughout the Pilot period. The evaluation uses a structured, weighted scoring model to objectively measure operational impact, performance, and overall value delivered.
During the Partner Pilot phase, weekly status and review calls are conducted with both IT and Installer teams to track progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with the agreed-upon success criteria.
